Who we are

Data we collect
When you submit the booking form, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, work email, company, role, and the product interest you select.
We also collect technical and attribution data needed to understand where leads come from: UTM parameters, referrer, source, page URL, user agent, submission time, and basic anti-spam signals.
How we use data
- To respond to your request and arrange a call.
- To create or update a lead record in our CRM.
- To understand which marketing channels generate qualified interest.
- To protect the form from spam and misuse.
- To improve the website experience when analytics consent is given.
Services we use
We use Vercel to host the website and serverless form proxy. Form submissions are sent through that proxy to Make.com and then to Attio for CRM processing. The Make.com webhook URL and shared secrets are stored only server-side and are not exposed in the website HTML.
If you accept analytics, we use PostHog Cloud EU to collect product analytics and masked session recordings. Form input fields are masked in recordings.
Cookies and analytics consent
Essential storage may be used to remember your cookie choice and keep the form working. Non-essential analytics, including PostHog analytics cookies and session recordings, are used only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner.
If you reject analytics, the website remains usable and the booking form still works. Your form submission may still include attribution data from the URL so we can process and understand the lead source in our CRM.
Legal basis
We process booking form data to respond to your request and take steps before a potential business relationship. We process analytics and session recordings based on your consent.
Retention
Lead and CRM data is kept for as long as needed for business communication and relationship management, unless you ask us to delete it and we have no overriding legal reason to keep it. Analytics data is retained according to our PostHog project settings.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You can also withdraw analytics consent by clearing site data or contacting us.
